The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on 08/01/19 in response to a complaint that was received in the licensing office on 07/16/2019 regarding an allegation in the area of programs. Interviews were conducted with staff , records were reviewed and observations of the program were made relating to the allegation. Based on the information gathered during the investigation no violations were cited.
