Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted between the hours of 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. Upon arrival there were 92 children in care with 18 children in care. A sample of 3 staff and 9 children's records were reviewed, in addition to 3 medications. Children were observed on the playground and preparing for morning snack. Infants were observed being rocked by a staff and playing on the floor.
Based on a record review the center did not ensure there was an annual approval from the health department. Evidence: The last health inspection provided by the program director was dated 10/03/18
Plan of Correction:
The following plan of correction was provided by the program director during the exit interview: The director called in September, however did not document the call. The director will call the health department today to follow-up and document the outcome.
