Comments:
The provider and the assistant are present with 4 children during this renewal inspection. A total of 10 points. Observed the children eating lunch. They space is set up with many areas to explore and lots of interaction was observed between provider and children. Today's lunch was observed the assistant had made a stew with rice, veggies and chicken, the children also had peaches and apples. A violation notice was given to the provider along with this inspection. Please call me at 703-203-8659 if you have any questions regarding this inspection.
Based on review of records the provider failed to keep an up to date attendance record of children in care. Evidence: The provider did not have attendance records for the last three weeks.
