Standard 8VAC20-780-500.B regarding diaper changing procedures was reviewed with the Program Director. Pull-ups are considered to be diapers and must be changed following the diapering procedures.

A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 02/28/2024. The inspector arrived at 8:30 AM and departed at 10:00 AM. There were 13 children present with 2, followed by 3 staff at 9:00 AM supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
