This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, document review and a virtual tour of the program.

A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on 09/13/2021 and concluded on 09/20/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 11 children, ages 5 years-8 years, and 3 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children?s records, 2 staff records and 2 medications were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the provider.
