Comments:
The Licensing Inspector initiated and completed a monitoring inspection on 10/6/2022. The inspector was on site from 3:10pm until 4:15pm.
There were nineteen children under the care of two staff. The ages of the children ranged from five to ten years old. The children were observed during outside time, snack time and homework time. Three children?s record and two staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program

Based on record review, the center failed to provide an annual fire inspection report.
Evidence: Upon review of annual reports, Inspector observed an expired fire inspection the day of the inspection. The fire inspection expired on 09/01/2022.
Plan of Correction:
Will schedule for the fire inspector to come out to complete inspection.
