This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts and interviews.
A complaint inspection was initiated on 10/20/21 and concluded on (10/20/21. A complaint incident was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of supervision. The director was contacted by telephone to conduct the virtual investigation.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law.
