A complaint investigation was conducted regarding staff to children ratios, parental involvement and physical plant: playground/play area. Staff interviews were conducted. Documentation including time sheets and attendance records were reviewed. The playground was observed. The complaint regarding staff to children ratios, parental involvement and physical plant could not be substantiated and was determined to be invalid.
