A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on August 16, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The on-site inspection was from 9:55 AM to 11:55 AM. On this date, there were twenty-six children present and in the care of six staff members. There was one additional staff member available to assist if needed. Two staff members records were reviewed/updated, The medication authorization for one child was reviewed. Five children's records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI inspection; the two inspections combined cover all health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
