An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:20am-12:20pm. There were 7 children directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 3 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site. Children were observed playing freely in the backyard. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
