Comments:
An in person renewal study was conducted today. There were 4 children (14 points) present with one caregiver. 2 adult and 4 child records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliance cited.
Emergency evacuation drills, emergency supplies, first aid supplies, menu, emergency preparedness plan, fridge/freezer temperature are all in compliance.
IF you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact me at (703) 479-4678 or at Sarah.Marbert@doe.virginia.gov.
Based on a review of records, one child record does not contain all required information. Evidence: 1 of 4 records reviewed was missing documentation of 2 emergency contact addresses. (Child 1)
Plan of Correction:
I will ask the parent again for the information.
