An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 09/11/2019 from 4:45 pm - 6:15 pm. A monitoring inspection was concurrently conducted as this program is a licensed child day center. At the time of entrance there were 34 children in care with three staff. The children ranged in age from four years - twelve years. Children were observed during outdoor play and afternoon program time. Records were reviewed for seven children. One medication review conducted.
