Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/28/22. The provider had 11 children in care with 3 caregivers. A total of 30 points, including the provider own two children. The children were observed playing outside and after playing getting ready for lunch and eating lunch. Lunch was meatball soup, bread and milk. Lots of interaction between the caregivers and children observed. The provider has a set-up full of things to explore and room for lots of play. A violation notice was given to the provider at the time of the inspection. Please call me at 703-203-8659 if you have any questions regarding this inspection.
Based on the review of paperwork, the provider failed to get a subsequent TB screening for a household member. Evidence: Household member 1 is missing a subsequent TB test, last TB test was done 2/20/20
Plan of Correction:
I will make sure she gets a new TB screening done.
