Licensing inspector arrived at 11:30 am and departed at 1:45pm to conduct a licensing inspection and a Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection. At the time of the tour there were 27 children with 5 staff members. An additional staff person were on site for administrative and support purposes. Children were observed preparing for nap, tummy time, freely playing and watching a movie. Sample size five staff records and five children's records.
