A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 02/25/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspector was at the facility between 11:15 AM and 2:00 PM. Four staff records and five children's records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
An exit meeting was conducted with the program director prior to closure of the inspection.
