An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on 3/12/2020. There were 105 children present in two groups (5/6 year old, 7-12 year old) with eight staff directly supervising and the area director floating as needed for supervision. Ten children's records and six staff's records were reviewed.
The inspector arrived at the center at 7:30 A.M. and departed at 11 P.M.
The children were observed during arrival, game time, free play in the gym and kids gym, and games .
