An unannounced on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/21/2022. There were 71 children, ages 5 years -12 years, and 6 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector observed the following: attendance, preparing to leave for field trip and departing on field trip. A total of 5 children?s records and 5 staff records, were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with staff: CPS Portal, and allergy plan.
