An unannounced on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/19/2023. There were 44 children, ages 5 years-12 years, and 7 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector observed the following: free choice activities, large motor play in gym, and arts and crafts. A total of 5 children?s records and 2 staff records, were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with staff: medication administration form on the DOE website. The inspector arrived at 9:20 AM and departed at 11 AM.
