Comments:
A mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on February 8, 2024 from 11:50am-1:00pm. There were 39 children in care with 8 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review, the center did not ensure the tuberculosis screening for a staff member was completed with the last 30 days of the date of employment.
Evidence: Staff 2 was hired in December 2023 and the tuberculosis screening documentation was dated May 2023.
