An unannounced complaint inspection was completed today. This was done in response to a complaint that was received by the Fairfax Licensing office on March 9, 2020. Interviews were conducted and the outside physical plant of the FDH was inspected relating to the allegation of safety concerns. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation. so the complaint is determined to be "not vaild".
