Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 9:50am-11:20am. There were 26 children in the direct care and supervision of 7 staff. A sample of 5 children?s records, 5 staff records and 5 minor injury logs were reviewed. The children were observed drawing, engaged with staff, preparing to go outside and being dismissed. Four new staff members have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the administrator.
