Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today beginning at 9:20am. There were 7 children (28 points) present with the Provider and 1 assistant within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing with toys, singing songs, being held and fed bottles, and engaging in other age appropriate activities.Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and caregiver records, evacuation drill log, menu, attendance and emergency materials were observed during this inspection. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation. Based on a review of caregiver records, 1 out of 2 caregivers did not have a current report of tuberculosis screening form every two years from the date of the first screening.
Evidence: 1. Caregiver #1's most recent tuberculosis screening form on file was dated 3/23/2021.
