An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 1:50pm-2:40pm. There were 9 children (35 points) present with the Provider and one assistant. The children were observed taking a nap and being held. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, evacuation drill log, attendance and emergency materials were observed during this inspection. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation. Based on observation, the Provider did not ensure that a caregiver does not exceed 16 points. Evidence: 1. There were 9 children (35 points) in care with the Provider and one assistant at the time of the inspection.
Plan of Correction:
I have one new assistant starting this week so that I will not be over points.
