A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on (insert date) to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspector arrived at 10:50 AM and departed at 1:15 PM. Twenty children were in care. Morning activities, lunch service and nap time were observed. A sample size of five staff records and five children's records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
