An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 30, 2024. The inspector arrived at 11am and departed at approximately 12:15pm. There were 15 children present and 2 staff members. A sample size of 5 children?s records were reviewed and the same staff present that records were recently reviewed at the last inspection. The Inspector observed staff and children?s interactions throughout the inspection. Children were observed during singing, free play in their centers, story time, handwashing, and transition to lunch. Emergency preparedness documents were observed. There were no injury reports. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
