An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 03/03/2020. There were 20 children, ages 3 years-10 years, and 3 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records and 4 staff records during the inspection. The staff stated that medication is not administered. The children were observed in the following activities: during nap time, dismissing from Extended Day, arriving to the after school program and during homework time. The inspector reviewed the emergency supplies during the inspection. The inspector discussed departing/arriving procedures and sanitizing procedures.
