A unannounced SHSI inspection was conducted with the director. There were 21 children in care ranging in age from 17 months to five years. Children were observed during rest time and free play. Five staff and eight children's records were reviewed. There were no children on medication at this time. The fire inspection is dated 9/9/19 and the health is dated 9/19/19. All escape practices were completed and a lock down drill was conducted 6/13/19 , Shelter in place drills were 1/17/19 and 6/4/19. The inspection time was 1:25pm to 3:20pm
