An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on September 14 2022 between 9:30 am and 10:30am. Children were observed eating a snack, celebrating a birthday, and preparing to go outside. A review of the caregiver records, child records, household records, emergency drills, emergency supplies, and the physical space was conducted. Based on record review, the provider did not ensure that individuals working and living in the family day home underwent background checks every five years from the date of the first check.
