Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on May 23 2023 between 9:00am and 10:30am. There were 9 children in the care of 3 caregivers (26 points). Children were observed playing outside on the playground. A review of the household records, staffing records, child records, emergency drills, medication training, the menu, and the playground was conducted. Based on record review, the provider failed to ensure that each giver prior to coming in contact with children has a current Tuberculosis screening form completed.
Evidence: Caregiver 1 record did not contain documentation of a Tuberculosis Screening.
