An unannounced renewal inspection was completed; there were 12 children present with two providers supervising. The point total was 29. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records, three provider records were reviewed and two household member's files. The inspection started at 10:30am and concluded at noon.
Information gathered determined no violations.
The Safe Sleep 365 was given to the provider.
