This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A self reported incident regarding a child's injury was reported by the center director on 9/26/2020 and was initiated on 10/01/2020 with representatives from local agencies. The director was contacted by telephone to conduct the inspection; interviews with staff were conducted.
The evidence gathered during the inspection did not result in any non-compliance with standards or law.
