An onsite complaint inspection was conducted on 3/30/2022. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the area of physical plant, behavioral guidance, ratio, illness policy, and incident reporting.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
