An unannounced inspection was conducted 11/09/2023 in response to a complaint regarding nutrition, food services, attendance records, and staff to children ratio requirements. Classroom observations and interviews were conducted, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence during the inspection did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law. The complaint is determined to be not valid.
