Comments:
A consultation inspection to measure classrooms was conducted today. A non related violation was cited during the inspection and a violation notice was presented to the center. If you have any question, please contact me at Tanya.Johnson
Based on observation, the center failed to ensure that medication will be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.
Evidence:
There was an emergency medication left unattended on the front desk and not in a locked place.
