An unannounced focused inspection was conducted on Friday, October 25, 2019 from 11:00am to approximately 11:40am to follow up on previously cited violations regarding the supervision of children. The center's director assisted the licensing inspector throughout this inspection. Interviews were conducted, observations were made at the center, and documentation was reviewed.
