An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted at the center on Monday, May 23, 2022 in response to a complaint that was received by the Department on May 17, 2022. The complaint was regarding the center's supervision of children, sanitation, hand washing & toileting procedures, and alleged forbidden action by staff. The investigation was initiated on May 17, 2022 and concluded on May 31, 2022. On May 23, the inspector was on site from10:00am to approximately 3:50pm. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. Additional documentation was provided to the inspection electronically on 05/25/2022. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint was determined to be not valid. There were no violations resulting from this inspection.
