Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 08/17/2021 and concluded on 08/17/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 8 children present, ranging in ages from 3 months to 4 years, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, physical environment and equipment, care of children, nutrition, emergencies, and background checks. A total of 2 child records, 2 caregiver records, and all household member records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation, the first aid kit did not contain all required supplies.

Based on record review, the provider did not obtain a current Report of Tuberculosis Screening form every two years for one caregiver and one adult household member.
Evidence: 1. The most recent documentation of a tuberculosis screening in the record for Caregiver #1 was dated 7/9/2019 2. The most recent documentation of a tuberculosis screening in the record for Household Member #1 was dated 1/30/2018.
