Comments:
A monitoring inspection was initiated 02/06/2024 and concluded on 02/21/2024. The inspector reviewed staff records at the corporate office on 02/06/2024. A site inspection was conducted on 02/21/2024. The inspector arrived at 10:30 AM and departed at 11:45 AM. There were 19 children present with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined a non-compliance with applicable standards or law and a violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program and discussed with the program director during the exit interview.
Based upon observation, the facility has not posted the results of the most recent inspection by VDOE Office of Child Care Health and Safety (OCCHS). Evidence: The results of the most recent OCCHS inspection were not posted at the facility.
