Comments:
An unannounced, mandated renewal inspection was conducted on 7/25/2019. Ninety-four children were in care. Morning activities, lunch service and preparation for nap time were observed. Medication administration and injury records were reviewed. A sample size of five children's records were reviewed.
Fourteen staff records and six administrator/board member records were reviewed at the central office on 7/26/2019.
Exit meetings were conducted with the program director and administrator prior to closure of the inspections.
Based upon review of fourteen staff records, the facility has not ensured that documentation of a repeat tuberculosis screening is obtained for all staff at least every two years from the date of the initial screening.
Evidence:
The most recent tuberculosis screenings for the staff 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10 were obtained in June 2017.
