An inspection of the facility was conducted today in response to the facility's request to modify their license address, telephone number, ages served and capacity.The inspector arrived at 12:50 PM and departed at 2:15 PM.
Measurements of the eight classroom, the stem lab and fine arts room were taken. There are eight children's toilets and sinks in addition to one toilet and sink for adult use. The playground areas were inspected.
Food will be prepared by Mile High Kids staff at the kitchen leased from the Fit Bar.
The following documents are still needed in order to process the modification request:
- Certificate of Occupancy from the city
- Fire Marshal's inspection
- Environmental Health inspection
- Food service inspection from the health department for the Fit Bar
- Dimensions of the side playground
