Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 05/04/2022 from 1:40 pm - 3:05 pm. The purpose of the inspection was to follow up to ensure correction of violations found at the 02/04/2022 renewal inspection. Records were reviewed for ten staff. Violations were observed in the areas of staff TB screenings and required postings. These violations were reviewed with the program director at the conclusion of the inspection and are listed on the violation notice.
Based on record review, the center failed to ensure that documentation of the TB screening shall have been completed within the last 30 calendar days of the date of employment.
Evidence: 1. The TB screening for staff 1, hire date 03/03/2022, was completed on 03/18/2022.
Plan of Correction:
Going forward, administrative staff will ensure that all new staff obtain a TB screening pr within 30 days prior to employment.
