Based on a review of household member records, the provider did not ensure that each adult household member had a current Report of Tuberculosis Screening form every two years from the date of the first screening. Evidence: Household member #1 had a TB screening/test dated 1/28/2021.
Plan of Correction:
Juan Jimenez scheduled an appointment at mount Vernon clinic to have a tb screening done soon.
