Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. All rooms were in ration during the inspection and resting quietly. Emergency evacuation drills, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, attendances records were all incompliance today. Violations were reviewed with the Director at the exit interview.
