Comments:
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 8/8/2023 and concluded on 8/8/2023. There were a total of 9 children ( 28 points) observed with 3 caregivers present. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, and infant napping. The child care area, 5 child records, 4 caregiver/household member records, and evacuation drills were inspected. The Inspector recommended that the inside climber that does not meet standards and staff say the children do not use, be removed from the childcare area to eliminate possible harm to the children in care. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
