Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted between 9:00am & 3:00pm; there were 10 children with 1 staff member. Physical plant, staff and children records, medications and emergency procedures were reviewed along with the supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted between 9:30am-11:00am; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Based on review of emergency procedures, a lock down drill is not being practiced annually. Evidence: There is no documentation of a lock down drill for 2019.
Plan of Correction:
I will do a lock down drill once a year.
