A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on July 11, 2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 8:15am and ended at 10:40am. There were one (1) caregiver with 3 children in one room at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, the children were observed playing with leggos and other organized activities. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There were no medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
