Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 9:00 am-11:45. There were a total of 38 children with 12 staff members present. Children were observed during snack time, engaged in Gymnastics, acorn art, letter G art and outdoor play time. A selection of staff and children records, medications and other documents were reviewed. The playground and surfacing was inspected. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice. Based on a review of staff records and staff interview, there is not staff at all hours that meets the requirements of medication administration training. Evidence: There is no staff with medication training for the hours of 4:00 pm-6:00 pm. There are medications on cite this date.

I will get a few people trained as soon as possible.

Description:
Based on observation, the center is not maintained in a clean and operable condition, including chipped or peeling paint. Evidence: There was peeling paint observed in the crawler room. The area of the wall is located behind the feeding table on the far right wall.
Plan of Correction:
Maintenance has been notified of the peeling paint and will be repaired this week.
