An unannounced monitoring code compliance inspection was started on 1/24/24 and ended on 1/4/24 from 10:20am. until 12:55. There were 31 children and 9 staff present which included the director, assistant director, and cook.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 staff records and 4 children?s records were reviewed.
Information gathered determined no violations.
