An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:40am-11:10am. There were 5 children directly supervised by the provider The home, staff records, 2 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing with blocks, reading and discussing eating ice cream and flying a kite this weekend. Diapering / potty procedures were also observed or discussed. There was an ample supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There were no violations cited.
