The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on August 06, 2019 regarding allegations of being over capacity. The inspection was completed on Thursday, August 29, 2019 from 1:08 pm to 1:30 pm. Interviews with caregivers were completed.The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation supports the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be valid. Based on caregiver interview on 08/29/2019, the provider did not ensure that the total number of children receiving care at any one time does not exceed the maximum licensed capacity of the home.
EVIDENCE:
1. Caregiver #1 stated that twice a month since June 2019 there would be six children in care 2. The licensed capacity of the home is five children.
